Hunan Nanofilm New Material Technology Co.,Ltd. founded in 2009 and it has been more than six years. The company has high-end tungsten alloy surface treatment technology  winning the second prize of State Technology Invention Awards and a number of high-quality research & development personnel.  After years of tests and market validation, Nanofilm tungsten alloy surface treatment technology has been recognized by CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, and has been applied in military, machinery and other major markets. But due to the constraints of management philosophy, there is not a strong sales team and management team, leading to the slow development of company's market, the Nanofilm brand failed to expand and the company's development has been at a standstill.
 
In September 2014, the company introduced a new management team, organically combining many technology, marketing and business management talents, reestablished the company's strategic development goals, and created a sales team composed of five groups . After six months of operation, the company management has gradually entered the track, the market is gradually expanding.
 
The company decided to study the management of the company, and in August 6, 2015, the board of directors decided to adopt, the company will start in August 2015, the implementation of the factory and office management mode.
 
The separation of factory and offie is not only in the form, it is also the innovation of management.
