Along with the market expansion, the tungsten alloy electrodeposition technology was highly recognized by the petroleum machinery market which is with large market demand .But the production capacity of the current plant can not meet the demands of the expanding market, our company hastened to set up automatic and branch plants with enough production capacity in the cities of Changde and Liuyang, etc. The Wangcheng Plant will be as the research center of the company, continuing to develop more premium products. And the Changde branch plant in the surface treatment industrial park will be put into use in Dec. 2015.

The Changde Surface Treatment Industrial Park is located in the northeast of Changde Economic Development Zone, the first phase covers the area of 202mu. The location of the park is with convenient transportation and able to satisfy multiple choices of the means of transportation which includes waterway transportation (4 kiloton wharves ), railway transportation (3,000,000 tons), and highway transportation. The industrial park had been passed the Environmental Impact Assessment by Environmental Protection Department of Hunan (Hunan EIA [2014] No.93).

 

Currently, there are 12 two-story workshops of reinforced concrete structure, 4 double-span workshops (120m×48m) of steel-frame structure, 2 10000m2 office buildings integrated with the related facilities such as canteen, office area, apartments, entertainment, conference center and so on.

 

The industrial park introduced the advanced electrochemical electroplating wastewater treatment all-in-one machine of Hangzhou Huishui Technology Co., Ltd. and Bipolar Induction Electrochemical Water Treatment Technology which won the Second Prize of STIA. Moreover, a 9600m2 sewage centralized control center with daily sewage treatment quantity of 4000 tons has been established, having realized energy conservation for our company, is a key project of energy conservation and emission vigorously promoted by the Environmental Protection Bureau and Changde Municipal Government.
