In October 10th, Hunan Changde Nanofilm New Material Technolgy Co., Ltd. was officially registered.
Changde subsidiary is located in Qi Xing An Village Surface Treatment Industrial Park, Deshan County, Changde Economic and Technological Development Zone. The registered capital of company is 19,800,000 yuan. Now there are four steel-strctureed factories, six production lines.
Externally, the successful registration of Changde subsidiary stands for the formal establishment of the independent legal person; internally, the company still follows the principle of "integration operation, segmented implementation, authorized independence, process compliance” to carry out work.
It is reported that the relevant staff communicated actively with the bank and government on the environmental protection, social security, finance and other matters of the company after registration, to ensure the work of the subsidiary carrying out more smoothly.
