In order to enhance the employees' professional technical level, make up the shortcomings in the practical work, promote the company's internal staff work experience exchange. From October 5th to October 7th, the company headquarters made a two and a half days of training in the mufti-function meeting room, the General Manager of company Mr.Ning Jiancheng led the   leader members and backbones of the parent and subsidiary company to share experiences and discussions.

 

This training revolves around the theme of how do we think and what should we do,  analyze the problems, explore ways, sort out the work thoughts and enhance staff awareness of the enterprise. In two days of training, "How to Control the Cost " by Financial Director Jiang Yucheng, “Gain and Loss in Technology of Nanofilm in Recent Years” by Purchasing Manager Huang Yuning" , "Market Investigation, Analysis and Discussion" by Marketing Center staff ,"Enterprise Culture & Human Resource Training” by General Manager Assistant Liu Zhiyong, “Implementation of Nanofim IPD Project” by General Manager Mr.Ning Jiancheng were explained and analyzed in a simple way, which improved the understanding of the professional knowledge and corporate culture construction, mobilized the learning initiative, and created a good learning atmosphere.

 

This training makes the training personnel unify thought, let them realize the importance of finding ways when meeting difficulties and working disciplined, achieving a good result.
