In October 25th, when the trucks bound for Xinjiang from the loading site of Changde Nanofilm departed, it indicates that a very urgent task was completed, it means that the first batch of tubing of the new production line was produced successfully, it also marks that Nanofilm won the breakthrough of combination of technology and tubing market in recent years.

 

This delivery is the first batch of tubing urgently needed by Xinjiang Oilfield , the products include tubing and tubing coupling, sucker rod and its coupling. For the successful completion of the task, the members of each department worked together to face the unprecedented challenges during the process of material incoming, the process plan formulation, production, inspection and delivery.

 

This batch of incoming tubing and tubing coupling were tightened and covered with paint, part of the incoming sucker rod was bent and covered with asphalt, which greatly increased the difficulty of production. The company set up a special group urgently to clarify the segregation of responsibilities. The Purchasing Department dealt with outsourcing related to production such as tubing shackle, sucker rod asphalt removal and etc., the Technical and Quality Department made asphalt and paint removal schemes, process plan, inspection standards, production line adjustment and technical parameter control, staff training, as well as product inspection all through the night; the Production Department was  busy in paint removal, electroplating, aftertreatment, painting, packaging and other work; in October 24th, in order to catch up the delivery on next day, all departments actively organized personnel to assist the Production Department in packaging, and the production and inspection staff also worked overtime, only for delivery on time the next day.

 

The successful production of this batch of tubing makes out company accumulate the experiences of tubing production, technical quality control and management, and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent production.
