On December 2, Longhui County Deputy Secretary and County Magistrate Liu Jun and Chairman of Hunan jianhongda Industrial Group Liu Pingjian issued a preliminary discussession on Nanofilm New Materials Project investing and building factory in Longhui. The County CPPCC Chairman Huang Hejian, the County Party Committee, Propaganda Minister Liu Kemian, the Assistant Magistrate Ning Yuguang, Li Bo participated in the negotiations.
