On the morning of October 30th, Hunan Nanofilm New Material Technolgy Co., Ltd. held the second extraordinary general meeting in the mufti-function meeting room of the headquarters.
 
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman MR.Liu Pingjian, the board members and the company's management leadership to attend the meeting. It is reported that this meeting is mainly for the first interim shareholders' meeting proposed for further discussion. At the meeting, the participants made decisions on the important issues related to the development of the company.
 
At this meeting, clear stage goals were set for the implementation of the Nanofilm listed plans,and a sound system of the company for the future development was establish, which is very significant to the company.
