On Jan.17 morning, the 2017 working conference of Nanofilm Company was solemnly held in Changde production base. The meeting was chaired by the General Manager Assistant Liu Zhiyong, and the Vice Chairman Wu Wensheng, General manager Ning Jiancheng, Secretary of the Bboard of Directors Liu Xiaowen, Finance Director Jiang Yucheng, Changde Subsidiary Manager Wang Erli and the Nanofilm staff attended the meeting.

 

 

First, the General Manager Ning Jiancheng made a report entitled "Exploraion and Innovation, Solid Foundation, to ensure that the company's development is bound for freeway, and reviewed the construction work of Changde production base in 2016, giving recognition to the solidarity, pioneering and enterprising spirits of the majority of employees in the past year. In 2017, Nanofilm’s working policy is "accurate positioning, clear direction, open innovation, solid foundation, integrating, platform construction, practical implementation, results for the honor". The General Mmanager Ning Jiancheng pointed that in the future the Nanofilm people should achieve precise strategic positioning, define the development direction of the enterprise; integrate marketing and technology,  make the nuclear power of enterprise development; strengthen cost management, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises; mine potential of human resources, ensure the core resources security for rapid development of enterprise; strengthen basic management, build a pioneering spirit of the regular army. At the meeting, the  General Mmanager Ning Jiancheng developped the bottom line results, according to the situations of each department, the company's overall strategic planning and market conditions, requiring all employees to gurantee the bottom line, and strive to go beyond it.

 

 

After listening to the 2017 Work Report of the General Manager, the Finance Director Jiang Yucheng read "Decisions on the Commendation to the Annual Model Employee and Excellent Employee of 2016". The attendant leaders issued honorary certificates and bonus for the 5 model employees and 5 excellent employees. The Monitor He Xiao from Class C of Production Department, Changde Subsidiary as staff representative made a speech, he said, in 2017 he decided to lead the team members to make their efforts to achieve the strategic objectives of the company. This decision is not only an award for the staff having won the title, it is an inspiration to other employees in the furture work.

 

 

The meeeting drew to a close and also reached a climax,  Yang Weidong, the Deputy General Manager of Marketing Center, Huang Yuning, Manager of the Purchasing Department, Wang Erli, Manager of Changde Subsidiary read the duty cerfificate, and then the General Manager Ning Jiancheng signed the "target duty certificate" separately.

 

After the meeting, all the staff of the company took a photo to express the best wishes of the next year's work. At noon, all the staff together participated in the feast in the canteen.The General Manager Ning Jiancheng toasted to all the staff, wishing everyone all the best in the new year.
