Male, Han nationality, born in Longhui County,Hunan in August 1964, getting a bachelor’s degree, was the representative of the 10th, 11th and 12th National People's Congress, Vice-Chairman of the Hunan General Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Hunan Jianhongda Industrial Group up to now. In December 2015,he joined Hunan Nanofilm New Material Technology Co.,Ltd. and served concurrently as chairman.
Gereneral Manager—Mr.Ning Jiancheng
Born in 1972, Ph. D. of University of Science and Technology Beijing, senior engineer.After graduating from university in 1991, he joined in Hengyang Steel Tube Group, and served as technician, deputy director, factory director, deputy general manager of group company, having rich experiences in production management and marketing at home and abroad.
