After a large amount of investment in market development in recent years, the company's electrodeposition amorphous tungsten alloy process has been strongly recognized by the petroleum machinery industry market. The market demand is huge, but it is limited by the production capacity and facilities of the existing factory. Unable to meet customer needs, in 2015, the company's board of directors decided to sign an investment promotion contract with Changde Economic Development Zone, and build a branch with an annual output value of more than 1 billion in Changde Surface Treatment Industrial Park.
Changde Surface Treatment Industrial Park is located in the northeast of Changde Economic Development Zone, the first phase covers an area of 202 mu. The location of the park is convenient for transportation, and the waterway (including four thousand-ton wharves), railway (3 million tons) and highway transportation networks are developed, which can meet the choice of various freight modes. The park has passed the EIA approval of Hunan Provincial Environmental Protection Department on August 5, 2014 (Hunan EIA [2014] No. 93).
The industrial park currently has 12 specialized two-story workshops with steel-concrete structure, 4 workshops with 120m × 48m (double span) steel frame structure, and 2 comprehensive office buildings with a construction area of 10000 square meters integrating canteens, office areas, public rental housing, entertainment, conference centers and other related supporting facilities.
The park has introduced the most advanced sewage treatment technology and equipment in China, and used the advanced electrochemical electroplating wastewater treatment integrated machine produced by Hangzhou backwater technology co., ltd. and the "double polarization induction electrochemical water treatment technology" which won the second prize of "national technological invention award". a sewage centralized control center covering an area of 9600 square meters and treating 4000 tons of sewage per day has been built, which has realized energy saving and emission reduction for the enterprise, it is a key project of energy conservation and emission reduction vigorously promoted by the Environmental Protection Bureau and the municipal government.
