New oil pipeline mass production a great success

On October 25, when the large truck bound for Xinjiang Oilfield set off from the loading site of Changde Nafel, it indicated that a very urgent task was finally completed in stages, which meant that the new tubing production line of Nafel was successful in mass production of tubing for the first time, and also marked that Nafel had made a great breakthrough in the docking of tubing market and technology in recent years.
This delivery is the first batch of oil pipes for urgent use in Xinjiang Oilfield. The products include oil pipes and pipe couplings, sucker rods and rod couplings. In order to successfully complete the task, the personnel of all departments work together to face the unprecedented challenges encountered in the process of incoming materials, scheme and process formulation, production, inspection and delivery.
This time, the incoming oil pipe and pipe coupling of the product are tightened and covered with paint, some sucker rods are bent and covered with asphalt, which greatly increases the production difficulty. The company urgently set up a special group to clarify the division of labor. The purchasing department has been constantly contacting the oil pipe shackling, sucker rod asphalt removal and various production-related outsourcing purchases. The technical quality department worked all night to formulate asphalt removal and painting plans, process plans, inspection standards, fine-tuning of production lines and technical parameter control, front-line staff training, product inspection, etc. The production department stayed at the production line day and night, busy with paint removal, electroplating production, post-treatment, painting, packaging and other work. In order to catch up with the next day delivery, all departments actively organize personnel to assist the production department in packing, and the relevant personnel of production and inspection also work overtime one after another to deliver the goods on time the next day.
The successful production of this tubing has accumulated experience in tubing production, technical quality control and management for us, and laid a solid foundation for subsequent production.
