Tungsten Alloy Anticorrosion/Wear-resistant Drilling Jar
Performance
Corrosion properties: resistance to corrosion of H2S and CO2 with high temperature, brine, alkali and weak acid, meeting the corrosion resistance standard of NACE 0177.
Wear: good wear resistance, superior or equivalent to chrome.
Adhesion of tungsten alloy layer and substrate: tested according to GB/T5270-2005, the tungsten alloy layers don't crack or peel off.
Appearance: red and black uniform tungsten alloy coating
Thickness: 0.15mm.
Performance Testing
Corrosion & wear resistance: having passed the corrosion & wear resistance tests of Tubular Goods Research Institute of CNPC, Xi’an Maurer Petroleum Engineering Laboratory and Test Center of Surface Coatings Quality for Machinery Industry.
