Deep Taco 1 Well Set the World's Fastest Time for Drilling 10,000-meter Deep Wells

PetroChina: China's first Wanmike exploration well started drilling in Tarim oil field
The exploration well of PetroChina's deep-ground Taco 1 well was recently drilled in Shaya County, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang. The well is a major project for PetroChina to carry out "deep earth engineering" exploration in Tarim Oilfield. It is close to the rich 1 billion ton ultra deep oil and gas area with a depth of 8000 meters. Our company signed a 8000-meter tungsten alloy tubing with Changqing Oilfield.
After early technical exchanges and business negotiations with Changqing Oilfield, in June 2017, our company signed a tungsten alloy anti-corrosion tubing processing contract with Changqing Oilfield, and the 8000-meter tubing has arrived at Changde Subsidiary. According to the contract signed by both parties, the 8000-meter oil pipe contains 2000 meters of tungsten alloy plating inside and outside and 6000 meters of tungsten alloy plating, which will be used in the fifth oil production plant and the sixth oil production plant respectively. According to chief dispatcher Wang bo, according to the customer's requirements, the 8000-meter oil pipe is produced in two batches. the first batch of 2000-meter inner and outer tungsten alloy plated oil pipes has already started production and is expected to be completed on the 23rd and arrive at the customer's designated place on the 26th.
