1. Structure:
It is a normal API standard deposition with tungsten alloy coatings on the inner and outer walls.
2.Performance indicators:
Basic performance: meet API standards
Corrosion properties: resistance of H2S and CO2 corrosion at high temperature, brine resistance, against alkali and weak acid, meet the standards of resistance NACE 0177 corrosion.
Wear resistance: good wear resistance, equivalent to hard chromium layer.
Tungsten alloy layer and the substrate binding: according to GB / T5270-2005 testing, coating does not crack, not falling.
Appearance: uniformly bright, silvery white
Tungsten alloy layer thickness: 40-60μm

Corrosion and wear-resistant test: having passed the corrosion&wear resistance tests of Tubular Goods Research Institute of CNPC, Xi’an Maurer Petroleum Engineering Laboratory and Test Center of Surface Coatings Quality for Machinery Industry.
